The second BiG - 🤘Business Games will feature an exciting exercise developed at the request of Professor George Kohlrieser from IMD in Switzerland. It was originally designed for high-level participants of a negotiation course to apply the specific skills they were learning in practice.
In this exercise, you will be challenged in face-to-face negotiations both individually and in teams. Three teams build relationships that must withstand the challenges of the negotiation process while pursuing their own team goals. You negotiate to build complex, multi-colored cubes with different values.
