MeetIT – The Company Contact Fair
Shaping the Future at MeetIT 2025 in Heilbronn
On 5 November 2025, MeetIT Heilbronn enters its ninth round! As always, IT talents and companies will meet at the TechCampus (Campus Sontheim) to shape the digital future together. The goal remains the same: to connect students and employers early and effectively – both on-site and online.
Thanks to the proven hybrid event format, companies can present themselves in the university’s Aula and A/B-Foyer as well as participate virtually in recruiting. The online matching phase via talentefinder.de begins two weeks before the fair: students and companies can connect, chat, and schedule targeted meetings – making the event day even more efficient and successful for all involved.
Information for Students
Starting 22 October 2025, registration opens for students. That means: create your profile, explore companies, find matches, and start conversations early!
Tip: Use the matching phase to prepare thoroughly for your talks at the fair.
Information for Companies
Exhibitors can participate either on-site or virtually. Stand spaces are limited – so acting fast pays off, as spots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Company registration opens on 24 September 2025.
On the day of the fair, set-up begins at 7:30 a.m..
Reaching out to students in advance via “talentefinder” significantly improves the quality of conversations at the event. Virtual participation is always possible and is a strong complement to being on-site.
