Benefits for the participants

After the workshop, you will have an initial overview of four new AI applications and a feel for what they can do. You will know which one is suitable for which task and how you can continue - whether for a hobby or a job.
Best of all, you'll go home with your own initial results - not gray theory, but finished audio files, edited images or your first AI-generated video.
Low-threshold instead of complicated, practice instead of theory, results instead of long explanations. Come along and let's discover the applications together that you can use straight away tomorrow.

Procedure

Short introduction to AI-supported image and video production, practical live demos, trying out the tools together and reflecting on possible applications in art & education.

What can you expect?

Four applications for creative possibilities

We will take a look at two stand-alone AI tools and two exciting Google features that go beyond the familiar classics and open up new creative avenues. Whether for professional projects or private fun - each application expands your possibilities in different creative areas. A little digital experience helps, but you don't have to be a tech pro.

The application lineup:

ElevenLabs - voices for your projects

  • Text becomes natural language - in seconds

  • Clone your own voice or use hundreds of voice avatars

  • Create audio books, podcasts or voice messages

  • Experiment with different sound effects

Nano Banana - image editing rethought

  • Google Gemini 2.5 Flash Image in use

  • Create and edit images and transfer styles

  • Mix multiple photos intelligently

Google AI Studio with Veo 3 - videos from text and images

  • Generate short videos with synchronized sound using text commands

  • Bring photos to life and animate them

  • Dialogs, sound effects and background music are generated automatically

  • For birthday greetings, social media or short stories

Gamma - presentations without design stress

  • Appealing slides are automatically created from your text

  • Forget hours of layout fiddling

  • For club presentations, family celebrations or the next meeting

  • Ideal for anyone who wants to visualize their ideas quickly

The workshop principle

Doing instead of watching

No PowerPoint battle, no theoretical digressions. You sit at your laptop and try things out. After a brief introduction to the basic functions, it's time to experiment. Everyone makes the best discoveries themselves anyway.

With four applications in two hours, we deliberately stay on the surface - enough to understand what is possible and to get started. Those who want to go deeper will have the tools to do so after the workshop.

Feel free to bring your own projects: Your unstructured notes for the next presentation, a few cell phone photos for an AI video, bullet points for a voice recording, initial song ideas or the bullet points for the club presentation. We prefer to work with your concrete examples than with made-up scenarios.
