KI SALON Workshop: Source Engineering in NotebookLM – Systematic Knowledge Work with AI

Artificial intelligence can generate impressive results, but how can responses become more reliable, transparent, and reproducible? In this hands-on workshop by KI Salon, Roland Krawietz and Michael Brüchler will demonstrate how NotebookLM can be used to organize, analyze, and transform information into actionable knowledge.

The workshop focuses on the concept of Source Engineering. Instead of relying solely on general AI-generated answers, participants will learn how to integrate their own sources, create trustworthy knowledge bases, and build structured workflows for working with information. Through practical exercises, attendees will explore how to organize data, analyze complex topics, and generate meaningful outputs from reliable sources.

This workshop is designed for users who have already experimented with AI tools and want to move from exploratory use toward a more structured and dependable approach to knowledge work.
