Expedition to the Heilbronn Employment Agency

connect.IT Heilbronn-Franken cordially invites its members and friends to take part in a special expedition on June 13, 2024 . This time, our journey will take us to the Employment Agency in Heilbronn, one of the most innovative employment agencies in Germany in our opinion.

The Heilbronn Employment Agency is broadly committed to our region and is also increasingly involved in the IT and digital landscape. Through regular events and active participation in initiatives, it actively contributes to the networking of different players.

Further training opportunities in the IT sector

The Employment Agency offers a very extensive range of IT training courses - including for employees - and offers attractive funding opportunities for companies.

One example is the new combined retraining offer for adult IT career changers. As part of a specialist IT retraining course, 70% of the salary costs are covered by the employment agency for certain groups of people who are looking for a new career in the IT sector.

In addition, the employment agency offers a wide range of exciting IT-specific qualification measures for employees who want to expand their specific skills, and companies also benefit from attractive funding offers here.

Alexandra Neukam, Managing Director Operative of the Heilbronn Employment Agency, will welcome us and open the event
Johanna Bursac-Reinhart, Team Leader Employer Services, and Chiara Steurer, Employee Qualification Advisor, will present an insight into the extensive tasks and the wide range of further training opportunities offered by the agency.
Susanne Hachenberger, training consultant at the Heilbronn-Franken Chamber of Industry and Commerce, will accompany the program and provide perspectives from the chamber's perspective.
Steffen Jung, Managing Director of Education Future GmbH, will highlight the advantages of combined IT retraining for companies.
