The event
Successful cooperation depends to a large extent on the attitude of those involved. The dialogic culture approach deals with this aspect, among others, and has made companies such as dm-drogerie markt very successful over many years.
On this evening, ESUG Heilbronn will take a closer look at the principles and attitudes of successful encounters as part of the dialogic culture and examine how they can be effective in companies.

After several years as a manager, colorful notes showed me the way to agility in general and Scrum in particular in 2014. Since then, I have been supporting and guiding project teams in developing the right way of working for them. In addition to agile methods and frameworks, my focus is primarily on the culture of collaboration.

I have been working as a Scrum Master in various companies since 2016 and would like to bring my enthusiasm for agile working methods to your company.
