We are delighted that Bausparkasse Schwäbisch Hall is now officially part of the IT network connect.IT Heilbronn-Franken e.V.. As Germany's leading building society and one of the top construction financiers, Bausparkasse Schwäbisch Hall is committed to promoting IT innovations and digitalization projects in the Heilbronn-Franken region.

With over 500 IT specialists, the Schwäbisch Hall Group is one of the largest IT employers in the region. Our common goal is to help shape the digital future of our region and increase the visibility of our region's IT sector.

Strong networks and committed industry players are also a good foundation for attracting and retaining IT talent, especially in rural areas. By working together in the connect.IT network, we want to create a strong network and attractive IT career opportunities so that our region also becomes more visible in the IT sector.

As a new member of the board of trustees, Kristin Seyboth, Head of IT at Bausparkasse Schwäbisch Hall, will play an active role in the association. "Membership of connect.IT is a significant step for us," says Seyboth. "It's a great opportunity to strengthen the IT landscape in Heilbronn-Franken and highlight the diverse career opportunities in IT that our rural region offers."
