Through dialogical attitudes to agile (self-)leadership
Successful agile collaboration depends to a large extent on the attitude of those involved. The dialogic culture approach deals with this aspect and has made companies such as dm-drogerie markt very successful over many years.
On this evening, Steffi Knoll and Karsten Röth will present the dialogical attitudes and enrich them with practical examples.
