KI Salon invites you:
How are decisions really made in the application process – and why do conversations often unfold differently than planned? In this interactive 4-hour format, we combine cutting-edge insights from neuroscience with the practical use of generative AI.
The goal: More clarity, greater confidence, and better decisions – for applicants as well as recruiters.
What is it about?
Our brain works with filters, patterns, and automatisms. Under stress, the amygdala takes over, and cognitive biases influence decisions – often unconsciously. At the same time, AI tools open up new possibilities for reflection, preparation, and communication.
In this workshop, participants will learn how to:
- Identify and actively manage perceptual biases such as confirmation bias, negativity bias, and status quo thinking
- Regulate stress responses in less than a minute
- Build trust and resonance intentionally in conversations
- Address the five core neurobiological needs (status, certainty, autonomy, relatedness, fairness) consciously
- Use generative AI as a training and reflection partner
- Experience a dynamic mix of neuroscience insights, hands-on exercises, and live AI demos with immediate practical relevance
What can you expect?
- Live demonstrations using common AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity
- Practical workflows for structured interview preparation
- Methods to realistically assess strengths and development areas
- Exercises to strengthen self-efficacy and mental clarity
- Proven communication techniques for confident and motivating interviews
- Immediately applicable tools for sustainably improving the quality of application and selection interviews
Speakers:
Dorothee Töreki (Expert in Artificial Intelligence & Digital Transformation)
Margareta Jäger (Master of Cognitive Neuroscience, Managing Director of GenHuman)
Technical requirements: Laptop, smartphone, or tablet, plus access to common AI tools
