Maker Faire Heilbronn
A Maker Faire® can be thought of as an exhibition of associations, initiatives, projects and much more. Ideas are shared at project stands, projects are presented and professional exchange takes place. But simply walking around and marveling at projects is also expressly encouraged. There will also be talks and workshops on selected projects and topics.
At the Maker Faire Heilbronn, there will be hands-on stations and lectures in addition to the stands with various projects.
At the hands-on station "Running Machine" you can build from 10:00 to 14:00. Building the runners takes about 45 minutes and is supervised on site. New rounds always start on the hour. You can take part from the age of 12.
The "LED wolves" hands-on station runs from 14:00 to 18:00. Here you can make little wolf heads with LEDs as eyes. The kit is suitable for anyone aged 4 and over and takes about 10 minutes to complete.
From 12:00 there will be presentations in the forum. Starting with "AI - simply explained" - in which the basics of artificial intelligence and its areas of application are explained for beginners. It continues with "Making your own mate iced tea" - which explains the production of flavors and their further processing into various soft drinks.
