The IT network connect.IT Heilbronn-Franken is organizing an information session for interested companies on 6 April 2017 from 4.30 p.m. at the Innovationsfabrik Heilbronn on the possibilities of IT network training.

Increasing digitalization and the trend towards Industry 4.0 are leading to a growing need for IT specialists. Not only IT companies, but organizations in all sectors need more and more IT specialists to develop software applications and operate IT systems. However, smaller, but also highly specialized companies often have the problem of not being able to cover all the required IT training content themselves. For them, collaborative training with other companies offers the opportunity to still offer an IT training place.

In collaborative training, several companies work together and train together. Due to the different focuses of the participating companies, trainees receive a broad and comprehensive professional qualification. Collaborative training has numerous advantages for trainees. They gain additional social skills as well as specialist knowledge. They learn to adapt to different work situations, to deal with different people and to work in different locations.

Interested companies are invited to take part in the information event and get to know potential cooperation partners. The event is part of the JOBSTARTER plus project "Berufsausbildung.IT Heilbronn-Franken". The opportunity to
