The world has been talking about the megatrend of "digitalization" since the 1990s, the change that is transforming the way we work and giving rise to new business models. Big data, AI and the increased networking of man and machine are rapidly accelerating the pace of change and have led to the definition of the term "digital transformation". It offers new opportunities for companies to integrate digital business models and implement digital value creation networks. In order to take advantage of this opportunity, our connect.IT member Heilbronn University has explicitly developed an MBA program that fits the topic.

The new part-time MBA program "Business Informatics - Digital Transformation" combines the fields of IT and business administration. It is aimed at people who are involved in transferring companies from the analog to the digital world and thus ensuring long-term competitiveness. Students are trained to recognize, shape and implement the challenges of digital transformation on an entrepreneurial and IT-technological level.

Heilbronn University is offering an information evening on the course on Tuesday, March 26, 2019 at 6:30 pm. Interested companies are also cordially invited to attend the information event. Registration for the event is possible at: www.berufsbegleitend-studieren.hn/infoabend/
