Membership benefits for all employees from 01.01.2020

At our 2019 Annual General Meeting, it was decided to change the voucher system for natural memberships and simplify the entire process.

Previously, each legal member received a certain number of vouchers for natural memberships once a year (staggered according to employee). Unfortunately, the vouchers repeatedly led to confusion and misunderstandings. The voucher system also caused a lot of administrative work on both your and our side.

As we would much rather organize good events and bring people from the digital and IT sector in our region together, we unanimously decided to abolish the vouchers at the last Annual General Meeting. Instead, we have found a much better and simpler solution for you: From 01.01.2020, all employees of a legal member will benefit from member benefits! For example, free participation in exclusive events or attractive discounts on chargeable events, seminars or workshops.

Anyone who would like to support our association as an individual can continue to become a natural member (€35/year) and will also be entitled to vote at our Annual General Meetings. Please note: If an employee has become a member via a voucher and has not objected to the extension when applying, the membership will be extended accordingly from 01.01.2020 to a regular, paid membership. We will of course also inform every member of this by email when they join. Nevertheless, there have been misunderstandings in the past.
