How can we create a new feature, improve existing ones or solve problems in a faster and more efficient way?
We will lock up an interdisciplinary team (developers, designers, product owners, marketers, analysts, managers, etc.) for 4 days to focus on one specific topic and call it Design Sprint!
The special thing about it: A design sprint compresses work from weeks to a few days – and yes, it is possible! In this talk I will explain to you what a Design Sprint is, how to use it in a meaningful way and what you should consider. With many best practice insights and tips and tricks for successful implementation.
